Agulhas has deep expertise in the  interrelated areas of Aid Policy, effectiveness and results, Governance, responding to Climate Change and the challenge of Fragile States. 

As a recent report for DFID notes 'one thing is clear: low income countries cannot and should not have to make a false choice between addressing climate change and development'. As we move into what Shell have called`an era of volatile transitions' these issues bind ever tighter requiring integrated, impartial thinking to support solutions.
