Vietnam Monitoring of the Hanoi Core Statement

Following on from our work in 2007, Agulhas supported the 2008 round of Independent monitoring of the Hanoi Core Statement, to support lesson learning and mutual accountability.
This included reviews of aid effectiveness issues at provincial level, and in three sectors: HIV-AIDS, transport and rural development.
