Support to the Primary Education and Development Programme in Bangladesh

An Agulhas team member supported Asian Development Bank’s Programme Co-ordination Unit with Governance and Institutional Reform issues. The $1.8 billion programme includes $600m of donor funds and involves 14 funders, including the World Bank, EC, DFID, CIDA, SIDA.
