Mapping of DFID Support to Fragile States and literature review
For DFID
We produced a quantitative analysis of DFID's spending and performance data in fragile states, based on DFID's management information systems. We prepared a literature review on aid effectiveness in fragile states. We produced case studies of DFID’s engagement in six countries (Cambodia; DRC; Nepal, Pakistan, Yemen and Zimbabwe), highlighting current approaches to maximising the effectiveness of assistance. This added to previous Agulhas work undertaken in 2006.
