Locations of Project

An Agulhas team reviewed Ireland's country programme in Lesotho, the largest bilateral donor in country.   A particular emphasis was placed on the response to HIV/AIDS, including a specialist Annexure. The assignment includes providing recommendations for the next Country Strategy, and for DCI’s continued involvement, particularly in the light of the weak policy environment and as yet incomplete PRSP.
