Guidance on the application of conditionality policy

Agulhas was asked to develop a series of case studies on the application of DFID’s conditionality policy, including the positive uses of conditionality to support global policy objectives such as promoting human rights, and responses to breaches. We prepared case studies on Cambodia, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Pakistan and Nicaragua.
