Commonwealth Secretariat Strategic Plan 2008-2012
Agulhas were invited by the Commonwealth Secretariat to assist them in developing and writing their Stratgic Plan for 2008-2012.
Agulhas led a consultation process across the staff of the Secretariat and iterated through a number of the drafts of the Plan and supporting Programme Statements. The work involved a rationalisation and refocussing of the Secretariat's activities, playing to the Secretariat's comparative advantage as an international organisation respected for its experience and neutrality, particularly in the areas of governance and democracy
