Kristina Hemon

Kristina Hemon is a development consultant specialising in security and access to justice reforms. With a background in post-conflict and transition countries, she has worked in and written about post-conflict reconstruction, state-building and institutional and legal reform in the justice sector.
Kristina's experience includes working within the UK’s DFID/FCO/MOD joint team, the Post – Conflict Reconstruction Unit, as well as the Council of Europe, drafting a range of policy research and analysis, notably on economic and organized crime. She is an expert on the transition of the Balkans, and is also a researcher for the European Stability Initiative.
