We support lesson learning and evaluation, particularly strategic assessments and output-to-purpose reviews. We advise on the development of national PRS monitoring systems. We evaluate institutional change processes, both in partner countries and donor organisations. We help clients develop systems and capacity for quality control and knowledge management.
