Charlotte VaillantCharlotte is an experienced policy analyst and evaluator.  

Also an economist, Charlotte has worked with a range of government and NGO clients on topics as varied as international trade, improving domestic accountability, strengthening pro-poor growth, building anti-corruption efforts and improving results in fragile states.  

Charlotte is an experienced leader of evaluations, particularly at country level.  She has worked with a range of donor partners to improve delivery of aid, corporately and in specific contexts. Her particular interest is supporting the improvement of governance, notably relating to anti-corruption. 

Charlotte has worked in more than 23 countries, mainly in sub Saharan Africa. Her clients are as diverse as the African Development Bank, Danida, DFID, The European Commission, Irish Aid, Norad, Sida, and the OECD-DAC. Her former employers include the Economist Intelligence Unit, International Alert and the Commission for Africa. Charlotte is a native French speaker.
